What are the benefits of being a member of Satori Club?

Memberships help clients save on the services they love and use most. Member pricing is lower than regular pricing, and Satori may add more member benefits over time.

What are the terms and conditions of Club Satori?

Club Satori memberships are governed by a membership agreement between Carfer Fusion LLC, DBA Satori Salon and Art, and the member. By subscribing, members confirm they understand and accept the membership terms for the full minimum term.

  1. The membership begins when the member accepts the rules and regulations.
  2. The minimum term is six months. After the minimum term, the membership continues month to month until terminated according to the agreement.
  3. Membership services are based on calendar months: they start on the first day of the month and expire on the last day of the month, regardless of the day the membership began.
  4. Satori may reject any membership form for any reason at its discretion.
  5. Members must be at least 18 years old.
  6. Preferred stylists must be booked in advance. If the preferred stylist is unavailable, Satori will try to assign another stylist.
  7. Appointments require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
  8. Late cancellations may be charged $15 or 20% of the regular price of the booked services, whichever is higher.
  9. No-shows may be charged the full regular published price of the services booked.
  10. If Satori needs to cancel an appointment, the salon will try to contact the member with at least 24 hours notice.
  11. Members receive one forgiven late cancellation per six-month period.
  12. Membership fees are paid by direct debit on the first day of each month from the nominated account.
  13. If money is owed, Satori may continue debiting the nominated account until the outstanding balance is paid, while making reasonable efforts to notify the member by phone, in salon, text, or email.
  14. Satori may update terms, hours, services, staff, facilities, and membership fees. The current terms on the website apply.
  15. Satori may assign or transfer rights or benefits under the terms at any time.
  16. Satori will give at least seven days notice of changes by website, newsletter, phone, or email.
  17. Satori may terminate a membership for breach not corrected within 14 days, serious breach, unpaid fees, unsuitability for continued membership, or conduct that risks staff, customers, guests, or members.
  18. Serious breach includes illegal acts, assault, physical or verbal abuse, or breach of another member or staff member’s privacy.
  19. A member may terminate early for serious medical reasons with 14 days written notice and a certificate from a qualified medical practitioner.
  20. After the six-month minimum, a member may terminate with at least 30 days written notice.
  21. Memberships may be frozen for up to two consecutive months within a 12-month term, subject to eligibility and approval.
  22. Any approved freeze is added to the minimum term so minimum payment requirements are met.
  23. Freeze requests must be made in advance and in writing. Freezes cannot be backdated, and fees must be fully paid before a freeze.
  24. Members are responsible for keeping personal, billing, and notice information updated.
  25. Notices sent by Satori are deemed received two days after issue.
  26. Members agree to receive email notifications from Satori.
  27. Satori’s liability is limited as described in the membership agreement and, if negligence is found, liability is limited to $200.
  28. The agreement is governed by the laws of Miami-Dade County, and the parties submit to the courts of Miami-Dade County.
  29. Any waiver must be written and signed. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
  30. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains enforceable.
  31. The membership agreement is the entire agreement between the parties except for terms incorporated into it.
Can I be part of more than one Satori Club membership?

Yes. Clients can join more than one membership, ask to double the same membership plan, and request custom membership options on a case-by-case basis.
